How to Create a Business.

After logging in, you need to set up your primary business profile. This simple 3-step guide explains how to complete the registration form.

Step 1: Business Identity

Enter your official company details. These details will be printed on your invoices and are required for ZATCA compliance in Saudi Arabia.

Commercial Registration (CR) Number
VAT Number & Owner IQAMA

Step 2: Location Details

Location

Provide the physical location of your headquarters or main branch. Accurate addresses ensure your tax documents are legally valid.

Select your City (e.g., Riyadh, Jeddah)
Enter your Street Name
Provide Building Number & Postal Code

Step 3: Review & Complete

Checkout

Check your Order Summary on the right side of the screen. Review your selected plan, billing cycle, and total due before confirming.

Review Monthly/Yearly totals and VAT
Accept the Terms of Service
Click Complete to finalize setup

Why do we need CR & VAT?

ZocoPOS is a fully ZATCA Phase 2 compliant system. In order to generate legally binding B2B and B2C electronic invoices, the government requires your official Commercial Registration and VAT numbers to be embedded securely within the invoice XML data.

Order Summary Explained

The right side of the form displays your selected pricing plan. It automatically calculates your monthly or yearly totals, applies any eligible discounts (like yearly savings), and computes the final VAT due before you authorize the creation of your business environment.
