How to Create an Account.

Getting started with ZocoPOS is very easy. Just follow these three simple steps to create your account and access your dashboard.

Step 1: Enter Email

Start

Start by providing your email address. This will be your primary way to log into the ZocoPOS system.

Go to the Sign Up page
Enter a valid email address
Click to send verification code

Step 2: Enter OTP

Verify

Check your email inbox. We will send you a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) to make sure your email is correct.

Open your email provider
Find the 6-digit code from ZocoPOS
Enter the code on the verification screen

Step 3: Create Profile Details

Finish

Once verified, simply fill out your personal details. Choose a secure password, and your account will be ready to use!

Enter your full name and date of birth
Create a new password
Accept the terms and click Complete Setup

Step 1: Open Login Page

Access

Navigate to the secure ZocoPOS login screen.

Go to the Login page
Ensure you are fully registered

Step 2: Enter Details

Enter

Provide the email and password you created during sign up.

Type your email address
Enter your secure password
Click the Sign In button

How to Reset Password.

Lost your password? Follow these steps to securely regain access to your account.

Step 1: Request Reset

Help

If you forgot your password, don't worry. Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen.

Go to the Forgot Password page
Enter your account email
Click to send a recovery code

Step 2: Verify Code

Verify

Check your email for the 6-digit recovery code we send you.

Open your email inbox
Find the ZocoPOS recovery code
Enter it on the screen

Step 3: New Password

Reset

Finally, choose a brand new password for your account.

Type your new password
Confirm the new password
Click Reset and log in again
